All items sold are strictly intended for laboratory research use only.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders after that time ship the next business day. Tracking is sent via email once your label is generated (allow 24 hours for updates). You can also track your order via “My Account”.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of any shipping delay.
Orders over $500 may require signature verification.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs
- Contact us before sending returns
We do not accept returns for items that may have degraded due to improper handling.
Missing Items
Contact us immediately for missing items. We will ship the missing item at no cost. All shipments are documented and photographed before dispatch.
Canceling an Order
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us at support@skylinepeptides.com.
Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited and may result in legal action and a permanent ban from ordering.
