That said, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to promptly resolve any issue.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation. Once an order is shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks
