Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday, will ship the same business day via USPS. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Products & Usage
In what form do your peptides arrive?
Our peptides are sold as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders in sterile vials unless otherwise stated.
Do you provide quality or purity reports?
Yes. Each batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) detailing purity, molecular structure, and other relevant data. This information is available upon request or on the product page if applicable.
How should I store my products?
Unreconstituted peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place—preferably refrigerated between 2–8°C (35–46°F). Once reconstituted, peptides should be used quickly and stored based on the stability information provided.
Can I ingest or inject these products?
No. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for ingestion, injection, or application on any living organism. Misuse may result in blacklisting and refusal of future service.
What is bacteriostatic water and how is it used?
Bacteriostatic water is a sterile solution often used in laboratory settings to reconstitute peptides. If offered, it is for research use only, not for injection or personal use.
